Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and follow-ups accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff or management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or S1 degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment is an advantage.
